PUNJAB and SIND BANK - Outcome of EGM and Disclosure of Voting results of EGM (Clause 35A)

Punjab and Sind Bank has informed BSE that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company was held on September 19, 2014. The Bank has submitted to BSE the proceedings of the EGM and details with voting results in compliance with Clause 35A of the listing agreement.
