Pursuant to Regulation 30 (1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015 w.r.t ,we wish to inform Stock Exchange that Punjab Communications Limited has received on March 28 ,2024 ,an amount of Rs. 20,93,27,456/- after deduction of TDS, towards one time settlement offer given by UP Cooperative Spinning Mills Federation Ltd wrt Debenture Bonds issued by the Federation.
