PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK - Change in Directorate

Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that Dr. Rabi N. Mishra, CGM, Principal, Reserve Bank of India Staff College, Chennai, has been nominated as Director of the Bank in place of Shri B. P. Kanungo by the Central Government vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, Notification dated April 26, 2016 with immediate effect and until further orders.
