Shri Sunil Mehta has been appointed as Part Time Non-official Director as well as Non-Executive Chairman of the Bank by the Central Government vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services Notification F.No.4/7/2016-BO.1 dated 16.02.2017, for a period of three years. He has joined PNB on 16.03.2017
