The Exchange had sought clarification from Punjab National Bank with respect to news article appearing in Business Line on January 01, 2015 titled "Merger threat hangs over Andhra Bank"<BR><BR>Punjab National Bank replied stating "we have to inform that no such development is in the knowledge of the Management of our Bank."
