PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK - Raising of Rs. 1500 Crore Capital by Bank through Tier-II, Basel III compliant bonds

Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Board and regulatory approvals, the Bank has raised Rs. 1500 Crore Tier-2 (Basel III compliant) Capital Bonds at annual coupon of 8.65% on private placement basis.
