PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK - Change in Directorate

Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that Shri M. A. Antulay ceases to be Director on the Board of the Bank on completion of his tenure on May 19, 2014. Further, Ms. Aradhana Misra also ceases to be Director on the Board of the Bank on resigning from this position vide letter dated May 17, 2014.
