PVP Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed with effect from May 21, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (Both days inclusive).
