In reference to earlier communication dated 14th May , 2024 and Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR), 2015 PVR INOX Limited wish to inform that a Company named '' Devyani PVR INOX Limited" has been incorporated on 26th July, 2024 inter alia to undertake the business relating to development and operation of food courts situated within shopping malls in India.
