PVR LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

PVR Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has recommended payment of Final Dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- each share subject to the approval by the members of the Company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
