PVR LTD. - Updates

With reference to the earlier letter dated May 30, 2016, regarding execution of an amendment agreement for the proposed acquisition by the Company of a part of the cinema exhibition business of DLF Utilities Limited (which is operated under the brand name of "DT Cinemas") on a slump sale basis.<BR><BR>PVR Ltd <BR>has further informed to BSE that the sale and transfer of the said cinema exhibition business, as a going concern on a slump sale basis, has been completed on May 31, 2016.
