QGO Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1) The un-audited financial results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations; and 2) The payment of 3rd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25. The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid interim dividend shall be February 21, 2025, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors.
