Dear Sirs/Madam, As per the SEBI(PIT)regulations,2015 , it is hereby intimated that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for the designated person and their immediate relatives effective from Tuesday April 01, 2025 ,until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and Year ending on 31 March, 2025.
