Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the IDBI Bank Limited, vide its letter dated 9th July, 2024, has withdrawn the nomination of Shri. Jitendra Joshi (DIN: 09601908) as IDBI''s Bank''s Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with effect from the date of letter.
