We hereby inform that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading by Designed Persons and their immediate relatives framed pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2022,
