Quest Financial Services Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate relatives of the Designated Persons, the trading window shall be closed from the end of quarter ending on 30th June, 2021 i.e. from 1st July 2021, till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021.<BR> The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results for the quarter year ended on 30th June, 2021 will be informed in due course.<BR>
