This is with reference to the earlier letter dated October 1, 2020, regarding the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the 35th Annual General Meeting for re-classification of identified members of the Promoter/ Promoter Group from 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category.<BR> <BR> In this regard, we would like to inform you that the Company has submitted the application with the BSE Limited on October 27, 2020 for re-classification of identified members from 'Promoter/Promoter Group' category to 'Public' Category.<BR>
