In terms of the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform you that the Quint Digital Media Limited has entered into a Franchisee Agreement for a period of 5 years to launch the overseas platform named as 'Quint World'.
