In terms of the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'LODR'), we would like to inform you that Nomination and Remuneration Committee ('NRC') in their meeting held on Monday, June 13, 2022, has granted 940,000 stock options under the Quint Digital Media Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 ('QDML ESOP Plan 2020'). Pursuant to the Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, the disclosure of specified information in respect of abovementioned event is annexed hereto and marked as Annexure - 1.
