R.S. Software (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2016, inter alia, has approved the followings subject to approval of the Shareholders in the General Meeting:<BR><BR>- Payment of Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16 @ 20% i.e. Re. 1/- per share to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, subject to the Shareholders Approval at the Annual General Meeting.
