Ee wish to inform you that the Company has disclosed the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021 and also approved the payment of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2021 on November 02, 2021 and thus, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the directors/ officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with "R Systems International Limited Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" will be opened from November 05, 2021.
