We wish to inform you that the Company has disclosed the financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2022 on May 10, 2022 and thus, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company in accordance with "R Systems International Limited Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" will be opened from Friday, May 13, 2022.
