R Systems International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2012, inter alia, to transact the following business:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve the audited standalone financial results and the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2012.<br/><br/>2. To consider, discuss and approve the proposal for making an additional investment by way of equity/loan up to SGD 1,000,000 (Singapore Dollar One Million) in ECnet Limited, Singapore, a 99.56% subsidiary of R Systems International Limited.
