RADAAN MEDIAWORKS (I) LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from 1st January 2021 for all promoters, directors, officers, other designated persons and their immediate relatives for declaration of financial results for quarter ended 31st December 2020 and shall open 48 hours after announcement of the said financial results.
