Radford Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, has transacted :<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Prakash Bhawarlal Biyani, Whole Time Director of the Company to enter into new listing agreement under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors approved the Risk Management Policy, Code of Conduct for Executive, Non-executive and Independent Directors, Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy.
