This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in compliance with Radico''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April 2020. <BR> The trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Audited financial results of the Company for the 4th quarter ended 31st March, 2020 to the Stock Exchanges. <BR>
