We have received intimation from Mrs. Rekha Jhunjhunwala (Public category of the Company) pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) and (2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and takeover) Regulations, 2011 regarding acquisition of 6,00,000 No. Of Equity Shares pursuant to conversion of Compulsory Convertible Debenture comprising of 5.2282% of the post issued paid up share capital of the Company.
