Raghava Estates and Properties Ltd has informed BSE that Sri Kilaru Harishchandra Prasad, Director of the Company has tendered his resignation with the Board due to his Health and Personal reasons. Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held on January 31, 2017, accepted the resignation of Sri Harish Chandra Prasad as Director of the Company w.e.f. February 01, 2017 onwards.
