Dear Sir, In accordance with the SEBI (POIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company's 'Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons' the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company, shall remain closed from 01st April 2022 till expiry of 48 hours from the date of the approval of the audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March 2022 are made public.
