The unaudited (standalone & consolidated) financial results for the period of half year ended on 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> 2. Limited Review Report for the review conducted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the aforesaid financial results. <BR> <BR> 3. To take the note of the resignation of Mr. Arpit Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 11.11.2020;<BR> <BR> 4. To appoint Mr. Vikas Mishra as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 11.11.2020.<BR>
