Dear Sir,<BR> <BR> This is to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company held on November 20, 2020 consider and approve the change of registered office of the Company from 204, Siddhartha Building, 96, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 to new address i.e. H NO. 1/61-B, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara Delhi 110032 which is within the local limit of the state. The aforesaid change in registered office is effective from November 20, 2020.<BR>
