Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Ministry of Railways, Government of India vide its letter No. 2017/E(O)II/40/28 dated 06/10/2022 has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Director (Network, Planning & Marketing) to Shri Rakesh Ranjan (ED/TD, Railway Board and Part-time Govt. Nominee Director/RailTel).
