Entrustment of additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) to Shri Rabindra Nath Mishra, IRAS, ED/F(C&PPP), Railway Board. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Ministry of Railways, Government of India vide its letter No. 2015/E(O)II/40/27 dated 06/10/2022 has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) to Shri Rabindra Nath Mishra, IRAS, ED/F(C&PPP), Railway Board, in addition to his own. Accordingly, Shri Rabindra Nath Mishra has assumed the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) of the Company w.e.f. 07/10/2022 (A/N).
