As per the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from today till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2022.
