We wish to inform you that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench has passed an Order of Liquidation of the Company on April 12, 2022. A certified copy of the Order passed by the NCLT is enclosed. Mr Dharmendra Kumar Bhasin has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the Company vide the said Order.
