Raj Rayon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2014, has appointed Mr. Naval Babulal Kanodia, as an Executive Director (Additional Director) of the Company. Mr. Naval Babulal Kanodia would, also be Member in the Allotment Committee.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Board has re-designated Mrs. Rajkumari Kanodia, Non Executive Promoter Director as Chairman of the Company.
