Raj Rayon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 05, 2014, inter alia, has re-designated Mr. Sushil Kumar Kanodia from the post of Chief Executive Officer to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer (CEO and CFO) of the Company as per Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013.
