We wish to inform you that, pursuant to the approval of Board of Directors dt 12-02-2024, the Company had provided Corporate Guarantee to DCB Bank Limited on behalf of M/s. Sandhya Spinning Mill Limited for the value of Rs.35 Crores. The detailed disclosure under Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) is enclosed herewith.
