Rajapalayam Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Present term of Smt. R. Sudarsanam, Managing Director is ending on<BR>March 31, 2017. The Board of Directors at the meeting held on May 28, 2016, have approved her appointment for a further period of three years starting from April 01, 2017, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General meeting.
