Rajesh Exports Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Anil Kumar Panchariya, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company with effect on March 19, 2016. Company has accepted his resignation in the board meeting held on March 19, 2016 and relieved from his services.<BR><BR>Further, Ms. Stuti Agrawal has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 21, 2016.
