Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, have approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Re-appointment of Mrs. Usha as a whole-time director of the Company subject to the shareholders approval in ensuing Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>2. Re-appointment of Mr. Guruswamy Ramamurthy as a Managing director of the Company subject to the shareholders approval in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
