Rajeswari Infrastructure Limited - Extension of Time for holding A G M

Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the approval granted by Registrar of Companies under section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 extending the time to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company by three months, i.e. upto December 31, 2014.
