Rajeswari Infrastructure Limited - Resignation of Company Secretary

Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Chandramohan Ikkurthi, Company Secretary has decided to leave the Company and has accordingly submitted his resignation.<BR><BR>The Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 09, 2015 has accepted his resignation and consented to relieve him of his responsibilities w.e.f. from January 10, 2015. The board will announce the successor in due course.
