Rajratan Global Wire Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Nayan Rijhwani, Senior Officer and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the Company, and the Board in its meeting held on January 29, 2014 has accepted her resignation.<br/><br/>Now Mr. Shubham Jain will be the Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. January 24, 2014.
