Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR), 2015 read with Para B Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD -1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 this is to inform you that company has entered into Loan Agreement dated 30/09/2024 to avail Commercial Vehicle Loan aggregating to Rs. 80 Lakh from SUNDARAM FINANCE LIMITED
