The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 has inter alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024. As per Regulation 47 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the said financial results were published in the enclosed newspapers.
