Rallis India Ltd has informed BSE that, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company had intimated to all its Directors and Designated employee ( as defined in the Code) regarding closure of trading window, commencing from March 24, 2016 to April 28, 2016 ( both days inclusive).
