In pursuance of Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), we wish to inform you that the Company has received request from Shareholder for issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the old certificate which is reported lost/misplaced.
