The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on today i.e. Thursday, 10th August, 2017, inter-alia, has considered and approved the Unaudited financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
