Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has appointed as the importer and the distributor of the Farlin's products, which is an established Baby Care Brand of Taiwan, Rep. of China for the distribution of the same in the Southern & Western Region of India.
